Congrats, you have arrived at the boring side of the site. The part that is about me, rather than the fanciful realms of my imagination. So why does this, self professedly boring, section of the website exist? Because, to misquote the Bard of Avon, “There are more things in Heaven and Earth than are dreamt of in Joel’s philosophy.”
So, if you want to know how to make bizarre pizzas, rebind a disintegrating hardcover book, or make traditional cocktails less traditionally… You are probably in the right place… Or you would be if any of that had actually been written.
That being said, as I sit here, sipping an excellent Spanish Tempranillo and listening to Gregorian Chant on the turntable, I have plans for writing all of that amazing content; and who knows, maybe reality will prove more exciting than fiction.
